What do you use to fertilize your clematis? I've never fertilized mine before and think I should. I've read 5-10-10? Do you agree? Any particular brands? TY!

Personally, I just throw on a mulch cover of compost, either homemade or bagged and that's it.
Recommended is a low nitrogen one so yes, 5-10-10, brands shouldn't matter, whatever you can find available.
