There are hardy succulents (can handle winter weather ) and Tender perennials ( Can't handle freezing weather at all).

It looks like most of your indoor succulents are the tender type. But they do like going outdoors once the weather warms up. : )

Sempervivum are alpine succulents, and enjoy being covered with lots of snow in the winter. We have years with no snow at all and they still do great because it does get cold during winter.

How cool! Yet another reason that these little guys still amaze me. My jovis are officially outside now! I wish I would have known that last night when we got snow.

They will be fine. Now try not to worry about them. No going out in the middle of the night to see if they are scared or shivering. Whistling

Adorable maybe but very rude, crude and untrained. No manners at all and we have to isolate the old she when she wants to sleep. All day he keeps pouncing either at her wagging tail or wants to wrestle with her. At least I am happy that, that lazy female has started to move around a bit. Lynn, do you know dogs also snore? All day we used to have a mini tractor busy.
Lynn Blinking Confused , how come you are up so early today?

Arif.

I went back to bed. Something woke me up and I remembered something on ATP and finished it. Now I'm up to stay.
And yes, some dogs snore. We had a Boxer that snored. And once in awhile Petrie snores, a very tiny snore. Lovey dubby

Hurray! You'll really enjoy your plants Serse!! A friend of mine saw photos of my project and knows someone selling flats of semps! (We're meeting tomorrow for me to go look at them!!) Even if they're NOIDs, if they're the right price I'll be making a large purchase! Then I will be able to share for the price of postage, or trade or whatever! nodding I'll keep you all posted, or maybe create a thread - if there really are as many as my friend says (she sometimes exaggerates...I'll let you know!)
I love how things can balloon into something unexpected and very cool! Maybe I'll be a semp vendor or something Rolling on the floor laughing
Cheers
