Be careful with that MOM plant. Even as far north as I am, you can end up with a solid covering of babies over a pretty wide area around where your pot is, and in the pot. But they are totally easy to scuffle up with the back side of a seed rake or other flat tool to remove. Or you can let them get tall enough to grab bunches of stems by the handful. The roots come up very easily. I keep a few of the heartiest ones for winter blooms. Just snip the stems & stick them in whatever pot has space and will be by a window. The babies can survive a freeze but the older stems can't.

I don't put these in combo pots except for cut flower stems for that reason. They pull out easily, but I don't need more in that way.

Yes, that is what I am finding out. I have babies everywhere but they are easy to pull. The blooms are beautiful though. How long will the bloom last as cut flower?

Oh wow! I did notice they last a long time in the pots but I thought because they are outdoors.

I agree William would be fun to see them grow and fill in the pot. Smart for leaving room for them to grow.
Mine got full full too fast.

Thank You! I think I enjoy making these miniature gardens. Hope these succulents don't grow too fast!

Plus I am recycling the bottle caps :).

@Willinator, looking good. I see some that look familiar with my rescue succulents.I got these almost dead but they seem to be coming back so feeling proud about it.
Thumb of 2021-07-01/GigiPlumeria/4692d7

They came with these small succulents too. They are just in communal pots right now not yet ready for prime time to be showcased in my miniature garden. Whistling But I feel pretty proud that they seem to be coming back strong after more than a month of nurturing. I like that they look like mini-plants.

Thumb of 2021-07-01/GigiPlumeria/0ca8f9

As a preview, I think this will look great with these Smurfs, once they are strong enough to be transplanted.
Thumb of 2021-07-01/GigiPlumeria/828885
I have an ambitious plan for these mini plants. Hoping they stay mini and will not dwarf (no pun intended) my Smurfs. Hilarious!

What's in the top L corner of the first pic you put, Gina?

I love smurfs!! The overall mass of each plant will increase, but not the size of the foliage, except for the leaf babies that haven't made any full-size leaves yet. You may need to trim occasionally, guide plants toward a particular direction.

I recognize Sedum lineare, another Sedum that may have been moved to Phedimus, and some of the other bigger ones look like possible hybrids, like Sedeveria.

That is my Hawaiian Ti plant. I sometimes plant some of these on my rescue succulents to provide shade and also drink the excess water Angel

I use sedum the same way too. I feel like sedum provides added protection and drinks the excess water. Whistling
