Ohh that is the no ID small succulents that look similar to Will's succulents. I'm waiting for it to grow, maybe someone can ID it? They were almost dead when I got them snd now just putting out leaves.

I almost didn't recognize it that I created this bowl for her.

This is not done yet, still need to buy some top dressing stones but I saw this in you tube and wanted to give it a try. Only issue is these are California Sunset, which are fast growing succulents.

Adorable!! Such a cute idea. If the CA sunset grows too fast, consider finding/using a Sedeveria next time. Those are some of my smallest succulents. Most of the ones I have were found @ L's.

Here it is! Hopefully we can enjoy it for a few months.


I included 3 sedeveria baby offsets so I can compare how slow growing these are compared to the California Sunset.

Try Sedeveria 'blue elf'. Quite compact blue-red rosettes, never getting more than 1.5 inches.

Gigi .. For your night viewing combos. There are tiny micro battery op lights that have on/off switch they can be added to tiny plants . Below quickly made this example up to show how easy it is to set up. 4"x2" pot with 'mother of thous'...shown at night tiny light on .

I use them all the time. At Amazon…I think they would be a great accent for you and your daughter to implement into your some of your designs.

Bea! I love it! I actually have these for my miniature Christmas decors but I like your idea of adding them as light plants.

I got to dig them up as I put my holiday decors away already!

Yes, I'm so glad I rescued them from clearance while I could. They are full price now!

The batteries look like they are 50 or 60 cents apiece to replace (but lo and behold, batteries are included!)... they're only good fro 48 hours (continuous), but there's an on/off switch.

Hmm. On my Amazon wish list!
