Here's a view of White Dawn, climbing up toward the backyard deck.

Pink Intuition is amazing. I wish it weren't so hard to find.

I also grow Queen Anne's Lace. I only had to throw the seeds around once. Now it comes up everywhere, but it's so easy to pull out of the undesirable spots. It's a sweet old-fashioned flower that looks great in bouquets.

Exactly, Zuzu. Queen Anne's Lace flowers are like the most complex doilies. I really don't mind where the plant shows up each spring, because if it's in an inconvenient spot I can easily lift it out. And the same thing holds true if they get a little too dense or leggy and start toppling over. I just thin them out. I also like the cupped "bird's nests" the flowers make as they dry and go to seed. I have a friend whose daughter is a botanist who worked in Hawaii for a year, and she said they are prized flowers over there. Isn't that something? Everything is relative. Our common weeds are their prizes, and their common flowers are our exotics. Go figure.
