I'd bet money that it IS 'Lent A. Williamson'. But, of course, it's impossible to know for sure, especially when dealing with an iris that was likely hybridized before World War II.

Okay, I don't know much about iris, but I like them and my mother gave me all of hers so I have no idea what they are but this one is very fragrant!
