Yep. Rolling on the floor laughing I'd gotten so used to seeing false positives too that I had to look thrice to make sure there were actually stems! Hilarious!

Soon...very soon, the rest will come. Smiling

Finally a warm day today! I found a few sprouts in wintersown silene and alyssum.

Germination has been really slow and late this year due to constant cold weather. Hopefully, things will pick up now that we have a little warmth.

I'm starting to see sprouts in Columbus. Nemophila, poppies, lettuce, kale, viscaria, larkspurs, etc. Hoping the orlaya seed sprouts, I did half indoors and half wintersown.

I had to look up orlaya. Very pretty. Reminds me of candytuft? I don't think I've ever seen any seeds.

Yay, Karen!

I have more sprouts too. A second sowing of Calendula that just went out two weeks ago, a bunch of very very old Snapdragon Black Prince, one painted daisy, and one more thing I can't think of at the moment.

We are going to have two nights later this week back down to 32. I plan to cover the jugs that have sprouted just for those nights. Rest of the nights are right around 40, I'm thinking they are ok at that temp.

Now is the exciting time!

It 76° now, but lows supposed to be in the 30s by weekend nights. Sad

58 looks to be our high day temp for quite a while. I have all my jugs in full sun up against my brick wall trying to get some extra heat to get them popping.
