When we had to move my plants before, we just got a Uhaul truck to separately move the plants that way, just the plants inside and related gardening implements that has to go with them..it will never fit our small car, and time is of the essence, since we were moving during very hot, dry weather, it can easily dry roast the plants, if left too long inside the vehicle.

Got to add, if you do rent the Uhaul truck, test immediately if the liftgate is working.

Don't have the resources to spend on a u-haul truck at this point of time. I just sold $40 worth of plants. I'm hoping to get rid of even more.

I may have some cuttings and plants available for just postage in the NEAR future.

It's going slowly, which is good because it's too cold right now. We got a survey & now we're in the process of seeing if the bank wants to buy it. I'm sure you'll find an interested party for your extras. : ) I can't even wrap my mind around moving the plants I have... yikes!

@purpleinopp I feel the same way. If we ever have to move, I will have to rent a separate u-haul for my plants alone. And most of mine are in heavy pots so they will not be blown away by hurricane! Yikes! I told hubby, hope we don't have to move until we retire because I will need a month to move my plants!

Anyway, I thought i had been collecting echeverias but after looking at my collections, I have more sedums.

Yes, it will probably take a month for me to move plants, or more. I only have the weekends to do it. There's no time on a weekday for moving stuff. We're not selling the house we already own for at least a few years, so there is no schedule pressure for plant moving.

If you have an unknown plant, somebody will usually recognize it, at least the genus. You can post it in the ID forum.

That is so cute! I don't have an "albino" but I had a reddish colored one, maybe stressed!

I think so too. : ) There's some outside in the ground but it's hard to keep it from getting covered with leaves.
