Hello, when my orchid's flowers fell, I did a fair research and cut its two stems an inch above the line where another stem is supposed to grow out. Not long after I did that, both stems turned brown and seem to be dying.
The leaves are still green and a new leaf is growing in the middle as can be seen in the picture.
I recently took it to a flower expert and he told me to replant it in new bark, I did so and repotted it in pine bark.
I believe it's time when I shall expect blossoming, but unfortunately I think my orchid is too weak.
Can anyone please tell me what to do?
PS: I water it once a week and the water drains out and it's always placed in a bright room

You are going to kill this Phalaenopsis orchid if you keep making it bloom. It is in somewhat poor health because of potting neglect!
This basket you are using might be acceptable if it was half its size. The orchids roots are exposed, not covered in media. Pine cones are not a good idea! Using pine bark as a media is not a good idea either. Too much sap or resin in the bark or cones could kill the orchid!
Please, please, please, visit the Orchid Forum section here within the NGA. There you will find numerous threads, questions that have been asked, about culture. Once you visit that section, there is a "sticky" about Supermarket Orchids-Phalaenopsis. This too is loaded with good information.

Basic Phalaenopsis care
60-80 degrees
No direct sunlight
A bright windowsill is best
Never ever let them go dry between waterings. When dry, they reach back for moisture to survive. They get that moisture from the leaves and healthy roots. Over 1/2 your roots are dead compromising the orchids health. If you allow an orchid to bloom with bad health, you can shorten its time that it has left.

It would be better served growing in a plastic pot that just comfortably holds the root system. The basket you are using, it just doesn't hold enough moisture.

The above image is my orchid mix: fir bark, aliflor, charcoal and perlite. It put Phalaenopsis in plastic pots as they hold more water longer. A 5" pot should be watered once every five days. You pot it up into the pot so the leaves are exposed but the roots are completely immersed in media.
Humidity 50-70%
Fertilize 2-3 times per year
Water using 90-100 degree water

You asked a flower expert but now you have found Orchid Experts!!! BIG DIFFERENCE!!

I agree, with Bill's advice regarding the container and bark being used for your Moth Orchid (Phalaenopsis)

If you find some spare time, you might want to read through this thread in our Orchid Forum where you will find some great information about this particular orchid. The thread "🗣 Starting out with Phals/Supermarket Orchids 🛎 ✍️" in Orchids forum

Also these culture sheets from the American Orchid Society offer great information for growing Phalaenopsis Orchids:
