I doubt that is Everything Plus because Everything Plus is a plicata with a dotted rim. Yours is a smooth rim. I am on my phone so can't post a database pic for comparison but encourage you to look at the pictures in the database. Your iris are quite pretty, I just think that one is mislabeled or you received it with the wrong name .
Is the bottom one a dwarf?

. Some photos in the database show it more apricot, but definitely not yellow. Mine is bloomng in shade, so it experiences less fading to apricot tones.

I have 7 of the ones you pictured, Ed. They are SDB Boo, Daughter of Stars, Immortality, Indian Chief, Los Coyotes, Stairway to Heaven, and Two Thumbs Up. You take great photos of your Iris.
I had to wait three years for this one. First year it didn't bloom, second I accidentally snapped off its stalks before they were ready, and finally, yay, last year it did it's thing
It grew huge and freakishly tall though--way over the registered height. Smells divine and I do like it, so I'm pondering relocation spots where it can be huge. And I have too many new ones in my 'wish cart' right now...resistance is futile
