When variegated Kal. fedtschenkoi starts to form inflorescences but changes its mind, it makes very variegated little leaves.

Rubus rosifolius. This mutant was a natural occuring in my own garden. Some of the leaflets can be pure white, but it stay in shady area to avoid being schorched by the sun

Thank you LorettaNJ...
It happens to be that mutation such as variegation is not something that is too rare in nature, especially with plant with lots of seeds like Rubus, but most of these mutants are weak, without our help most of them cannot compete with normal plant in the garden, eventually they will just die.
I have just found that one of my Rubus is gone due to neglect, it can also produce fully yellow leaf. I should try to sow many and many of this species again, if I get lucky, might encounter another mutant. Here it is, a Rubus moluccanus, but this photo was an old photo, I cant found it's albino leaf photo

Bea, I think the white holly is really pretty. Thumbs up

Stromanthe has some almost completely white leaves this year. I wee bit of frost burn on some, but fared pretty well through the winter, an old plant.

Yes it is planted in the ground, I have two in the ground, they do fine, but you can see it it close to the house, the other is under tree canopy.
