On that last one, the papillae are certainly pronounced. And in future years, maybe even more. Hope it will be a good breeder for you, Anthony. That is, if you want to go that way in your hybridizing. As for myself, I think I like just about any of your other aurelian seedlings you posted better.

Like Rick said, it's waay to early for lilies to emerge. Watch for "noses" in April or May but do quick checks a month or two earlier. I say that because once they poke up a little the slugs and snails will be right on them for a nice tender meal. A little damage to the tips are no problem because the bloom part is still down deep in the stem. If you do get slugs or snails you will need a way to control them.
