The differences:
Graptosedum ghosty. Has a thick coating of farina, blushes orange/pinkish. Leaves thicker, and edges less sharp, but more rounded.
Graptopetalum paraguayense. Not much farina. Leaves are a grey-ish purplish color. Leaves are thinner, and tips of the leaves more pointy.
There are a lot of Grapto. paraguayense fakes. In the database, there is an entry for Graptopetalum Paraguayense 'Pinky'. Almost all the photos there are not Paraguayense. One of the photos even shows a picture of a plant with yellow flowers, which cannot be paraguayense, because paraguayense has white blooms(!)

By the way, some of the photos in the GS Ghosty entry have captions that say "Graptopetalum paraguayense". Some of these are the true paraguayense. Clearly someone must have gotten mixed up when moving the photos, or someone posted in the wrong place.
