Betty, those are stunning! SC Thor's Hammer is lovely--the color of a cheese puff! And Alma--I like those. I've decided I want to get Femme Fatale next year. Your NOID looks like Siloam Ethel Smith--any chance that's it?
I am anxious too. Still no blooms blooming.
Scapes scapes scapes. Lillians David Phillips should bloom tomorrow or Sunday. It would be a great mother's day gift.
Every home needs a daylily, and every daylily needs a home.
Thanks, Orion! Dynamite Returns has really come into its own in its third season here. Its first season it sported a few splotchy blooms and that was all--and nothing at all last year. This year it is making its way to my favorites list.
Thanks, Will! Key to My Heart has a bunch of buds, so I'm excited about it. And Siloam Royal Prince has certainly surpassed expectations. I don't think it will be long before I have a good-sized clump, and I love the color.

I have always thought that it could be a Siloam, but it definitely is not a dormant. It looks a lot like Ethel Smith except it has a thin red band, I believe what is called a pencil band, where Ethel has a wider pink band
Ah, well, I'm out of ideas then. I don't think Pauline Henry had many evergreen cultivars if any. I had Ethel Smith for a year or two and had to get rid of it finally as it was just not happy here. So I know it was kind of a long shot for your NoID. Sure is pretty, though.
A bad storm came in last night and it is still raining now. I ran outside to see if my new daylily bloomed and it had. I was worried the rain would have destroyed it but I think it looks good. This is a bonus plant I was given - Hedonist:
