DEFINITELY not S. spath, definitely a Phedimus, specifically phedimus spurius.
@valleylynn @SpringGreenThumb @Calif_Sue

Scalloped leaves, in pairs of 2. Definitely a Phedimus spurius, won't go further to find the Cultivar though.

What 'guys'? No one seems to have IDed it at the time. Confused
The thread "Sedum- Can you identify which variety?" in Plant ID forum

Moved to the correct entry and the thread above will now reflect that update.

I got the name from a Garden.org. Member.

I have not returned to check all my old threads from the last seven years... I did notice in a few particular threads that comments were deleted from those threads that reflected poorly on the sight or certain contributors. That's ok. You folks can clean up any threads you feel you need to in order to give a positive representation. (You know exactly what I'm talking about.) That's ok. I would do the same. 🙂

However, it does misrepresent what actually happened... and without an accurate record I don't have the ability to back up what I'm saying. This is why I choose to minimize engaging in convos. on the board or responding to tree mails (yours questions in particular.) I don't feel comfortable with you attacking me all the time. Relocate the photo and move on.

@SpringGreenThumb
I hope you don't feel attacked because of the change in your plant ID?
I have had several of mine changed. It is all part of the process of keeping the plants correctly ID. For me it is part of the learning process. Smiling

Let's not talk about the many times I've gotten the wrong ID. Oh yea Lynn I forgot to tell you I think the tag on Sempervivum grammens is wrong, I'll move the photos soon

I don't feel attacked at all if the I.D. is wrong. 🙂

Many times I cannot I.D. What it is so I ask folks here...

I'm actually happy to know what it is that I am actually growing.

My plant list is filled with patented cultivars that are not in your database and some cultivars that have no name. It's impossible to know anything for sure without genetic tests and sometimes I just need to take someone's word for it.
(They May be wrong too 😂)

I only checked the old ID thread to see if a member that IDed it gave some descriptive plant features for the ID or any additional info for the plant and was actually puzzled that there wasn't a reply post given, the reason for my confused icon. I was curious who IDed it back then, that's all, as it couldn't have been these 2 "guys" here in this thread, they don't go back that far. nodding
Maybe you got the ID privately or in another thread, perhaps in the succulent forum or something. Shrug! The ID thread shows no replies as you can see next to the number of views.
(Members can't delete their posts, just the contents within the post but it would still count and show as a reply and still be in the thread.)
