Friends of Ann said:She loved her Florida tropical garden even the pests
She was passionate about her birds and butterflies
She loved the old songs
She was fiercely patriotic
She loved her home
She wasn't wealthy except in compassion and common sense
She contributed many photos and comments to this garden site
She loved all her dogs and leaves her newest companion Raven.
She will be missed by her friends here ..and by her beloved garden
plantmanager said: Ann was also the first to welcome me to the site 7 years ago. I really appreciated her treemails, posts, and her outstanding blogs. She added a lot to our gardening community. I loved how down to earth she was. She constantly had me smiling and laughing. I'll always remember her!
dave said: It is my sad duty to have to share the news that flaflwrgrl passed away two days ago. She battled cancer heroically for the past 3 months but unfortunately lost. There is no obituary to link to, but a few of her friends put together some things she liked best and they Tree-mailed it to me and I am including it below.
