This is a darwin tulip I bought at Brent & Beckies and planted last fall. It just started blooming today. I have it up on my raised daylily bed that I call The Plateau. Anyway, it is called COME BACK because it is supposed to be a very strong returner.
This is my little Suberian Iris garden., You can just see them comming up now (green shoots). I planted this Greigii tulip called Mothers Love in there for spring color.

I put 25 of them but see that the area could use more. Probably will order another 25 to add there for this fall. Then I also have mini gladiolas in there for summer flowers. That is the way I do my garden. Each area has to have more than one bloom season so I have different things.
These are Color Spectacle bunch flowering tulips. Even the buds are interesting before they flower. I have been told that they will return next year but I don't know that for a fact since this is their first spring so we will see.

This is my daylily plateu, the raised bed in the backyard. The red tulips are my COME BACK tulips that I brought from Brent& Beckies because they are a strong returner darwin type. The yellows more in front are JENNY early tulips. Should get return on those.
