TP, any way the user wants: the roll is standing, unheld, on a little cabinet. We just don't have a wall handy!
Bread end slices, two in, go straight into the oven to dry for breadcrumbs; slices go four by four, into recycled zipper-bags and the freezer. We rarely use more than two slices a day.
Mayo in generic 3L jar $9 (more now, I'm sure) from the wholesaler, decanted into smaller jars on top of the crisper in the bottom of the fridge. Used in sandwiches, salad dressings and dips for up to 8 months.
Gas stove. No choice; hydro price out here is prohibitive, the solar array can't support a stove, furnace or clothes-dryer. Propane is getting pretty dam expensive, as well, but I use it as wisely as possible.
