Hi, we have a problem with our mint plants, the leaves are becoming discoloured along with small greyish/white flying bugs that fly when you brush the leaves. We have given the mint a few sprayings of neem oil but the bugs wont go, how often can we spray with neem oil? also any tips and tricks to get the bugs away would be much appreciated.

Your description sounds like mint (or sage) leafhoppers. The leaf marks are from their chewing/sucking behavior. Aside from the unsightly marks, they can also spread plant diseases. They move fast and control can be difficult. Here is a good, comprehensive article about leafhoppers generally and control options. This particular leafhopper specifically attacks mints and related plants like catnip, lavender, sage and oregano.
