I received these three plants, roots in tact, but they came this way. I potted them but they are not perking up. Have I done something wrong? I received them three days ago.

Are those zinnia?
Suggest setting pot outdoors under shade tree.
Zinnia may pull out of it....

Looks like heat or drought stress- or both, in shipping.
Did you get them in the mail? Were they bareroot (no soil) and in a baggie? Shipping like that is tough in the summer heat.
They may pull out of it. Keep them in the shade as stone said, well watered, and out of the wind. If they are indoor plants, keep them moist and hope for the best.

Hi @StaciK1,

Welcome to NGA!

The leaves appear to be completely dried up. I don't think the tops are going to recover. If the plants have bulbs or tuberous roots underground they may send up new shoots.

I agree that shipping into Florida in the recent heat could have seriously damaged the plants en route. I doubt you did anything wrong. It looks like you potted them well, in fresh potting mix.
