its = possessive form of "it"
People seem to regularly mix them up.
The other common one is using an apostrophe when making the plural of an acronym or an abbreviation, such as "DVD's" or the abomination that is "photo's".

True, but nothing beats how many times "you're" and "your" are mistaken! Someone online even told me "your so dumb" once.
"Should of" vs. "Should have" (or just "of" vs. "have" in general) also get mixed up a lot.
