Here's my first time blooming seedling. A white martagon with green nectaries. A self sown seedling as well. It lost its first flowers last year due to frost.

Just started flowering for me, a cross between L. pardalinum X L. kelloggii. Seeds were sown in the Fall of 2020, so three years to flowering. None flowered last year, but this year I have some that are up to 3-feet tall with 12 buds; the majority are about 2-feet tall with 3-5 buds. Those open presently are tangerine-orange and don't show the red-orange coloration associated with L. pardalinum, though these blooms could darken with age. There's no sign of the pink associated with L. kelloggi (though this could reveal itself through sibling crosses); L. kelloggii is also flowering at present, as is L. maritimum. The Western American species and hybrids are probably my favorite! All the best to all, Steve
