Welcome to the site!

Cannot help with the question, but I would suggest you go back to your profile and remove your name.

why? Lots of people use their full name, personal preference.

On your profile page, click on the "There are 30 plants in i2amanana's plant list." There is a printer icon on your list page. Click it and it creates a printable list. From there, it depends on your browser. I'm using Chrome and there are 3 dots in the upper right of the page. I click it and it contains the print option.

Hi i2amanana, Welcome! to the site!

Yes, go to your profile page, scroll down to your plant list (where it says i2amanana has 30 plants in their list); select that and it will bring up your list. You should see a little icon/photo of a printer and if you select that icon, you can print your list.

LOL, I've always shown my real name and haven't had any problems. I do sometimes see new members posting their personal email address though, which is never a good idea. Blinking

^^^ I agree, showing your real name won't really do any harm but there will be bots out there on the internet scanning for email addresses and phone numbers to send spam to.

A fair warning though, it's trivially easy for someone to find your exact home address and images of your home within minutes, especially if provided *both* geographic location down to the city level and a full name. (Which is why I still avoid giving mine out when possible.)

Double this.

I've been using the internet since 300 baud modems were all there was, and never give any real info publicly, scammers have bots collecting all that info. The least problem would be spam in your inbox, the worst ID theft or stalking. I never use my real name/address/dob when signing up to any website, even if it's only the admins that could see it... sites can and do get hacked.

The only time I use real info is for banks, utilities, shopping, site that require payments, etc., where you must give them real info. But if any of those sites include forums, use a separate username that is not your real name and don't use your real name, SS#, dob, etc. for the login info or passwords.
