Can you help - when i click in the menu "your profile" it goes to a member list & search page to find other members… what am i doing wrong?

Hi & welcome to the site! That's strange. I can see your profile when I click your name in this discussion. Does that work for you?

Hi NanasNiche,

I don't see anything in the Member List that says "Your Profile". Are you wanting to go to your own profile page? If so, click on your avatar photo located in the menu bar at the top right of any page. If you haven't yet uploaded a specific photo, you should see a picture of an Acorn.

If you are wanting to view another member profile, you can either click on their name in any post, or search the member list by typing in their username.

It looks like you access the site on your phone. The page you have is found by scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on Memberlist.

To go to your profile page, click the 3 lines upper right. You see it just above the right side of the floral banner.


Then click the round profile image, yours should have the acorn. It brings a drop down menu and you then click on 'Your profile.'

Ok this is what i do and this is what comes up ….
I go to the 3 lines in right hand corner

I pick the avitar and get this

Then i pick "your profile" and this comes up



What am i doing wrong - i cant get to any of my profile info…

I tagged someone that should be able to look into it for you.

Is it possible to select: Your Profile on that page?

Ok …. Think i got it …. I deleted my history in my web browser, logged out of National Garden… shut down my phone - started back up, logged in, and everything worked …… yeah! Thanks

It probably had something to do with the change of your screen name earlier this month. One of your cookies was sending you to i2amanana's profile page.

Bingo, that's it! That's why you kept ending up on the main member list when you clicked on 'Your Profile'.
Shut down, reboot works well so many times!
