Sorry if I am missing it. I don't see the attribution or permission to use Baker Creek's photo in the database this way.

I've seen other plant images on the database that came from a website or catalogue.

If you scroll down to the bottom and click on 'Links', these are all the sites that we contacted and have given us expressed permission to post their photos. Baker Creek is one of them.
One has to always attribute it in the captions section in this way "Photo courtesy of Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds". It then creates an automatic clickable link to their site.
It looks like the image in question was deleted.

I had no idea there was red tape involved in a screenshot off a website; for that I apologize. Since someone wanted to make trouble out of it I asked for it to be deleted and I uploaded a photo of my personal seed packet instead.
