Mary Ann, I think I sent you Show Case in that bunch last summer. It's one that took 2 years before it bloomed for me, as did Beverly Sills each time I moved her.

You did send me that one Tom -- I don't have a photo of it this year, so it must not have bloomed. I'll double-check that today when I go outside. I'm not very organized this year -- too many family health issues going on.

I have the following iris in two different places in the garden. This imposter is labeled as:

Credible Justification

and

Irisinnshow




Clearly it is not either. I got both from the same source. Any clues? It is a late season bloomer. Very Tall. And small flowered. Normally I would get rid of interlopers unless there is a good chance of an ID from the source (probably not in this case) or I like it. And I do like it. What do you all think?
