This is by far one of the easiest succulent to propagate and I love the delicate yellow blooms. This is an excellent ground cover for my potted adeniums and plumerias.

This is fast growing in my area. Planted as rosettes (ground cover for my desert rose) in summer last year and harvested these year, to be replanted:
