Odds and Ends certainly looks bitone in the garden, I'm not sure why Curt didn't register it as such. The lavender-violet blend refers to the base color of the petals...perhaps back in 1997 we weren't as aware of recording some of the finer information, such as bitone, for the registration record.
The ability to record the finer details - Kevin is wonderful to work with on registrations - is important for identification as the number of registered cv's increases.
