Gina, my late husband had PTSD war nightmares and a psychiatrist taught him how to control his nightmares better.

i've been having claustrophobic lucid dreams lately---I'm usually underground. It takes some effort, but I'm able to bring someone to me with a flashlight, or just teleport myself to the surface. Not being able to breathe because I'm in the dark underground is so real and panic-making.
