I just eat them fresh in salads. Or, I accidently bumped a flower and knocked off all the petals and sepals. I just picked them up and ate them. They are quite good raw!

Our Master Gardeners group is hosting a Garden Expo this weekend with 48 vendors in a huge agricultural arena. The local daylily club had plants for sale, so I picked up these:

Color Crayons (2015, T. Bell) - No photo in our database
Vena Belk (1986) - No photo in our database

Just received Mayor of Munchkinland from Northern Lights Daylilies to replace the one I lost to crown rot. They sent four fans, which was really generous I thought. They also sent seven fans of Time Tested as a bonus. It's pretty--hope it does well and resists the rust around here!

I got a TF of Jelly Belly today!

Just got my order from Songbird Gardens (Bluegrassmom): Peggy Jeffcoat, Thelma Douglas, and A Friend to All. She also sent Rocket Booster as a bonus, which looks like a lovely plant.

Just one daylily order left to arrive: MP Flower Gardens. I told my DH that compared to last year, this is nothing.
