This plant is not E. elegans, but looks like Echeveria secunda judging by the leaves and flowers. I propose that this image be moved to Blue Echeveria (Echeveria secunda)

I agree about this and the other image with just the rosette. The flower is the thing that convinced me about the species. I will move both images shortly.
