From that list, Heaven on Earth Dahlias is just south of Eugene in Creswell and Jamie's Dahlias is in Washougal, WA. Lark's Petals and Stems is a bit farther south in Central Point OR.

You might contact these places (starting with Creswell of course) and see if they are still carrying Steve O. Find out when they start taking orders.
