Got a dusting of snow sometime in the night- pretty. 34/29 and cloudy today.

Rain here. The forecast was rain all day, but it has already stopped and we have a new forecast of cloudy weather in the 50s.

45/31, cloudy, foggy, freezing rain, becoming just rain later this morning. There is a skim of ice on everything, and the weather alert on my computer says "❄️Heavier snow soon". We are supposed to have some snow showers overnight and tomorrow morning, however there is nothing in the forecast about snow "soon". This is going to be one of those weird weather days.

Sun is still filtering through the clouds but it should be fully clouding up soon. Snow is supposed to start by 10 pm and continue through tomorrow, stopping at 7pm. Sounds like night time shoveling to me. 37/32 today. Hopefully my concert tomorrow will be cancelled, I don't feel like dealing with snow to get there and neither will the audience.

We are currently right at the rain/snow line here at the northern edge of B'more so we are getting a mix of precip. You name it— we are getting it. The salt trucks have been coming through and treating all the streets.

The power was restored here about an hour ago after being off all morning. Feels good to have the heat!!

Nasty Winter Storm expected to start here anytime now. For North of NYC and New England lots of Snow. But for us here on Long Island hopefully mostly rain.

So glad to hear they got your power back on Jill. Sometimes with these storms it can be days before power comes back on if there's a lot of down lines.

Hopefully you won't have to drive tomorrow Zoia. If you do be careful!

We're expecting all snow starting anytime now right through tomorrow. Forecast totals are all over the place but still in the 6 - 12" range. Should be light and fluffy so not expecting power issues with this storm. The one coming Wed. could be a different story though. Today was ....are you ready?...cloudy! Morning temp of 21 was much better than yesterdays 7. High was 28.

It's snowing here now, a lot of ice mixed in. It's going to be 35 degrees until tomorrow afternoon so not quite sure how the snow won't be melting once it falls…we'll see.

Does seem like it would be melting at that temperature, Zoia. But what do I know about snow??

Snowing, 36/22, gusty winds blew some things around on the porch last night, frightening one of the dogs.

Snowing but not accumulating much. There's about two inches on the ground. It's supposed to snow until 7 pm. Night shoveling, anybody?

Temperatures are dropping from their high of 36 last night and will end up at 19 by tonight.
