With over 70,000 registered daylilies, (and an untold number of seedlings), unless it has an extremely unique feature, it's almost impossible to ID a daylily. We all seem to have a multitude of unknowns in our gardens and love them all the same! Thumbs up

The closest for just the picture is Lemon Lily. Did this bloom early?

Or Buttered Popcorn.

There are many Daylilies with the name "Lemon" but as Sue stated, without unique characteristics it would be hard to identify the exact cultivar. Check our these in the database for comparison:
