In this video, Trish shows our hugelkultur swales beds, and how she manages them as the woody material starts breaking down, creating empty pockets in the bed.

It was wonderful to see this in action, in moving pictures, for real. Sometimes there is nothing like a video to give one a true picture of what is going on & what the soil looks like as a shovel goes into it & as it falls from the shovel (& Dave's hands Smiling ).
