Marilyn - Yes, the Acapulco series was readily available in most of the nurseries. However, they're all classified as "annuals" here. But I'm betting dollars to donuts they'll come back next year. Yellow/White, Red, Orange, & Pink.

I think the difference is that Orange Flare starts off purplish and fades to orange, while Firebird starts off orange & fades to purple.

Bought them on 8/3, put them in the ground 8/4, so brand-spanking new.

I remember my 'Orange Flare' looking orange the whole time. Maybe I got busy and didn't notice otherwise.
