Dave, I am having a problem with the system not working correct. Hope this shows what the problem is?

All of the remaining proposals in the queue are moderated by you, Lynn, so clicking on the un-moderated link will show you nothing.

Yes, I that is correct Zuzu. But when I click on « Return to the Hen and Chicks (Sempervivum) data proposal moderation queue the above screen shot is where it takes me. Even though there are more waiting for approval.

That's because the ones that are left are not data proposals. They're miscellaneous proposals.

Aaah, I see know what is happening. From the misc. area I am accessing the new plant entry to add data to the entry. When completed it gives me the above page.

So when I do this could I have a link back to the proposals that are remaining for approval? We have three catagories listed:
Images, databoxes and proposals

Just go back to the home page and click on the miscellaneous proposals awaiting approval.

In some cases that wouldn't save any time at all. At present, for instance, I can go to my home page and see that there are 0 data proposals and 0 miscellaneous proposals requiring approval. That tells me that I don't have to waste my time clicking on the links. If I used links to arrive at those queues, only to find that they were empty, that would be a waste of time.

But I know that there were 9 more to be approved. I only use those links when I know I have more to do.

I often do hundreds of either image or proposals at a time when the daylily pictures come through and for me, Dave has provided all the links I need and I find them very intuitive. Approving images doesn't have you leave that page. Approving data has you go through and land on the page as your screenshot shows. If you know you have additional data, you select that link. If you have proposals or images you select the database homepage to go into that selection.

I will give that a try Sue. Right now I don't have any waiting for approval.
