I just found this article on treatment of rust in Ga.

I found this in another study:
A single drench of azoxystrobin at the beginning of each
field season reduced disease development throughout the growing
season. This treatment was as effective as spraying plants
with the same fungicide at 14-day intervals throughout the season.
Now to see if I can find azoxystrobin that I can afford.
