The reason that they are on the driveway is because they needed a warm sunny spot.

I hope I haven't already posted any of these before. I have a lot of pots still to plant this year that are waiting on the front porch. Blinking

The following are from this year. These are at the back of our side entry driveway. I added more 'containers' this year than in previous years. I took these Sept. 6.

Oh Marilyn. Your pots and flowers are so beautiful! Must be a lot of maintenance to water all those containers, especially in the hot weather. I should know, I have to water mine every day.

Thanks Rita! I tip my hat to you. Thumbs up

There are the storage tubs with white handles, 24 inch, 20 inch, very large nursery tree tubs and a 15 gal. tub on the driveway, so I don't have to water that much, but when I do, it that's awhile since it's a long and wide area.

Hummingbird haven! Hurray! Lovey dubby nodding

All those beautiful Agastaches you have. I know the hummers love them as I have some Agastaches also. I never thought of putting any in pots though. Maybe I will try it next spring! Basically I just have been growing my veggies in the pots. Although mine aren't as big as yours.

I did try Various Salvias in pots. Do great but didn't overwinter.

Marilyn- your contains are way too pretty to be a "ghetto"!

Allen- that looks about right Green Grin!

At our house, we consider all nursery containers to be in the "staging area" (which includes any part of the property) until we're sick of planting for the year. Whatever left is the "ghetto" Whistling

I was thinking that.

I think a pot ghetto, in order to be a true ghetto, is supposed to be comprised of plants in black nursery cans, along with some in plastic cups and other make-shift containers. Big Grin

...and bright blue five gallon rectangular buckets that held biodegradable detergent and have had the tops sawed off and small drainage holes drilled all around the bottom rims.
