Here's what we ended up with.
We decided it was just too good to cook all of it. So...the top portion went in the mix, and the lower end was sliced and eaten raw. Yummmmm! Like having a bit of sweet radish and kohlrabi in the same vegetable.
I didn't go out to the garden and get any big leaves this time... we were experiencing some really wet snow and I just didn't want to.
Everything we had tonight was picked earlier.
