Nice to see such pretty rebloomers. Not a lot left in bloom here. Wings of Angels just finished. It impressed me this year with it's great form and 35 bud count. Color is not as pink as Frank Smith shows it on his site. Noticed it was registered as a coral.Thumb of 2010-08-16/stilldew/fc39c5

Beautiful! I just got Washington's Farewell and Lilting Bell this year. They're both blooming now, but not like that! Can't wait to see mine get to that stage, those are very impressive clumps.

You know, I don't think I have ever seen a photo of Autumn Minaret. Thanks for posting those.

The only things I have left blooming now are Penny's Worth, Pee Wee's Big Adventure, and seedlings out of it. Oh, and a red seedling out of Photon Torpedo and an unregistered Benz. It's always really late. Penny's Worth is a bud builder, but Pee Wee's and the seedlings from it, ass well as another I forgot, Spacecoast Cotton Candy, are bud builders.

I know exactly what you mean, Arlene. I'm trying to get more daylilies that bloom in August, but they are too new to do anything yet, and the bloom season started and ended early here this year. I feel like a football fan when the Superbowl is over. Crying

I have some tall sedum that are getting ready to bloom, and some tall phlox in rebloom, but that's it except for the occasional reblooming daylily.

Here are two from August 13:
