Wondering why 2014 intros are being added to database when 2013 registrations are not official until the annual checklist is printed.

Done at my discretion. Additional info is added as AHS completes them. I have been doing them this way since we started the database. In some cases the cultivar names are already in the AHS and ATP databases as they have been reserved names.
