Hi Greg. I'm doing good here. How are you? Things are starting to grow here too. The Chocolate Ball here looks good right now. I think it glows. I may have to put some in a shadier spot. It suffers in the summer here. I got S. Lineare at Home Depot last week. I had wanted that one for a while! I bought this mixed batch of Sedums at Lowes too. It has tons of different varieties in it!

Very pretty, Clint. Is that one of those planted mixed sedum "tiles"?

I've mixed sedums in various spots and love how they play so well together. Our lineare survived the winter in great shape.

Arlene your plants are looking that good outdoors in NY! I know long island is warmer than NYC but didn't realize that much of a difference! They look totally amazing! I love how they change so many colors! Hurray!

I'm embarrassed. I took those photos in previous years. I'll take new photos tomorrow so you can see what they look like now.

I need to get some photos of the sedums in my garden. Many of the labels are long gone. They have pretty much massed across a bed off my patio and also show up here and there in other garden areas. About once a year I have to prune (er, hand yank) them back because they snug up against the Japanese irises.

Beautiful mix in that photo Clint. Your temperatures must be warmer than our right now. It takes forever for my S. 'Chocolate Ball' to come out of dormancy. It really is a great sedum.

Arlene can't wait to see your new photos. Hurray!

Jo Ann, I haven't made a single nursery run this year. Blinking
Going back to work has really put a crimp in my plant shopping. Sad

Rolling on the floor laughing Connie I can just see you out there yanking the sedum out. I've been know to do that a time or two. Whistling

What a gorgeous mixture of plants in that mat, Clint. Thumbs up

Pirl, all the sedum do seem to combine well. Looking forward to your updated pictures too.

Lynn, our nurseries aren't even open for the year here yet. But I'll bet that Greg will be willing to help you shop in May. Whistling

Connie, my sedum seems to show up all over the place too. Sometimes nature makes the best combinations.

I was able to walk a few garden borders yesterday and noticed the Lime Zinger is starting just teeeny red sprouts.

Angelina is the first here to show that it's spring. It does grow a bit too enthusiastically and, like Connie's, it does like to snug up to the Japanese irises but at least it's very easy to rip out the extra pieces.

Only one greenhouse/nursery open out here and I got there opening day. It really was a long, hard winter for many of us.

I did a walk about and eyes watered in the wind too much to really see anything.
