Thanks Susan! I lost the verbena last winter even though it's supposed to be OK for lower zones, I suspect it was the wet soil from too much rain that did it in. I may try it again in another location because it has such a long bloom time.

I can't find anyone who has it. Anniesannuals is not a possibility because they will charge 25.00 shipping for two plants and they are not even big plants. Don't know what the problem is. I will check around in spring, thanks for the tip!

I find them in our local nurseries here, they get them from Annie's which is 45 minutes away from me. I buy Annie's plants local if I am not planning a trip to Annie's any time soon. They may be the only grower of this verbena as the seeds were collected in Baja.

Ok! I will keep that in mind, might be willing later. Do they set seed? I actually liked the Beard Tongue (Penstemon 'Wine Kissed') better.

Yes, they grow from either seed or cuttings. They have a 2 acre site.
