I bought more than one ticket this time because I like more than one prize.
Unlike the time I told everyone how much I wanted to win the apron, this time I won't let on what I hope to win...but I hope I don't spill any coffee from my mug onto my new (hopefully blue size XL)T-shirt while admiring my new annuals and perusing the items which may or may not be in a meadow in America. Nope, I am keeping mum on the subject.

I didn't use all my acorns. Don't be sad. It only takes one ticket to win.
So very true -- the time I won, I had only purchased one ticket.
Today, I bought 5. And I was so excited to see the mugs as a prize (I need one more to round out my set -- no, I really need 4 more so I have one for each day of the week ) ANYWAY... it wasn't until AFTER I bought my tickets that I noticed there were two prizes listed in front of the mugs.
Northwest Georgia Daylily Society I'm going to retire and live off of my savings. Not sure what I'll do that second week. My yard marches to the beat of a bohemian drummer...
Those mugs are rare and highly sought after! I don't like selling them because they require so much extra packaging to keep them safe in transit. Plus we don't have a whole pile of them anymore, having sold most of them a couple years ago. So, these are getting more and more valuable all the time.

When I first saw the photo I thought I was looking at ATP flower pots - oh, how cute - but once I read the words and realized they were mugs
A mug is a beautiful thing. Useful for drinking one's favorite beverage, once the handle breaks it can help root cuttings on the window sill, later in life once it develops a crack and can no longer hold water it can still hold pens/pencils and finally it can be a useful tool for emotional release if flung hard enough to smash against a hard surface.
Oh, guess I might need to buy more tickets.

I'm getting in on this! I never buy raffle tickets, or gamble as I have the WORST luck ever! But I want me some mugs so I thought I would turn a new leaf for 2014 and get lucky! Move over and watch out for Beginner's Luck!

uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you Smile.
I never win either but, this could be the one!!! Won only thing in my life some beautiful wine glasses at my DH college get together in 1983. Time for my luck to change in 2014.

I once entered a contest (recipes with Perrier water); the first prize was a trip to Paris, France.
The second prize was an Oster blender. And I won!
The trip to Paris was only for one week so I am happy that my Oster blender lasted over 11 years. You can't always win what you want; sometimes you win what you need.

Amen, @Greene, but those mugs are so useful, as you pointed out -- multi-purpose!
Any day you wake up on the sunny side of the grass is a good day.
