Got buds-lots of them! Hurray! My gardening space has unexpectedly become so small this year, I won't have a lot of photos to post/share this year--total opposite of last year. I do not own my spaces, so am at the mercy of others' decisions, and neighbors perpetually destructive kids. (and kids will be kids as well) Do hope to get a couple photos today, and I will be doing more than usual pot(er...container) gardening this year, so that will provide some photo opportunities. I really enjoy and learn from everyone's postings. Smiling

Gorgeous! Lovey dubby I loved that dark blue one you posted the other day as well! My next door neighbor has lots of Iris-all different varieties...and no trampling kids running thru them(kids are afraid of her). Iris' and Halloween decorations are her specialties. I see lots of big buds, but no blooms yet. Can't believe how late everything is this year, and now the weather forecast says cool and rainy until Monday. Blinking

finally drizzle stopped & I was able to get into the garden. First I had to list which plants had bloomed & keep an eye out for Mon. show entries. then as some grass had appeared, I squirted parts of a couple of beds with 'Grass B Gon' It's a slower process than I had thought. & that is the way that it is spelled. Will pick possible show entries late tomorrow afternoon & bring them into the house. We are also supposed to bring irises for the arrangers. Iris must predominate in the arrangements so everyone helps out.
