That's funny!
I think clicking the main Rose Forum page would be more effective, bringing them to the entire list of threads! Wonder what pic it would choose from there.

LOL You guys. When I previewed and saw it was sideways, there was no way to cancel. At least I didn't see it. And when I tried to edit and delete the photo, I couldn't do that either. Woe is me! Woe is me!

Judy, you don't have to cancel or edit at that point. You just navigate from preview to some other spot, such as the home page, without delivering the final send command. Then you can start over with the photo you want.

Sue or I could delete it for you, but everyone loves the sideways shot in this case, so I don't want to.

When I preview and get a wrong image, I just hit the back button. Firefox saves whatever I had written so it's still there, I don't thin IE does. Then I just have to reselect another image.

Well, I guess I leave Miss Minerva sitting sideways on the tub. LOL I'll remember the tips for next time. Didn't even think about going "back" or to the home page. Of course that was the solution.

zuzu said:By its very structure, Cubits couldn't generate income because there were so many owners, so you could say that Dave and Trish took us all on a free ride for almost a year and a half. But don't worry about membership or subscription fees, CR, because the income here is ad-generated and won't come from members. Another free ride for us. Thumbs up

What was Cubits as one cubit equals one Russian Arshin or 28 U.S. inches ? Confused

Cubits was a website Dave created when he left Dave's Garden, RPR. It had a different structure from this website. Each cubit was owned by its originator. Sue and I created the Rose Cubit and started our database there. When Dave created AllThingsPlants (now called NGA), we moved our cubit and database to the new site, along with our Clematis Cubit, and the plant-related forums and threads of our California Living Cubit. Cubits wasn't limited to gardening, so I still have a smokers' cubit and a reality TV cubit over there, but there isn't much traffic there anymore.

Wow, blast from the way past!

Sharon's Friends Cubit is probably the most active over there.

Calif_SueBeautiful masks on summer song. Lots of magic there for sure. So what do you do in your spare time?
And thanks to Calif_Sue and ZUZU for a wonderful job on keeping roses and clematis in good order on the site.
