Rain has started here and it is coming down pretty hard. Supposed to last all night and all day tomorrow. Not planning on going anywhere tomorrow.

It should be raining here again soon. 70% chance tonight and tomorrow. Got a lot of spraying done today, so the timing is good at least. It's supposed to get into the 70s next week. I can't wait!

I was hoping to get more cleanup done today but it was nasty out there, cold, windy cloudy, at least it didn't snow! Glare

Natalie, I was looking at the member map, boy you sure do live in the boonies! Blinking nodding

Margaret, I just looked at my location on the map. Sure looks like it's out in the boonies! The dot isn't in the correct spot, but it's close. I live much closer to the river. Our house is almost straight South of the dot, on Sunnyside Bench Rd. You'll have to look close. Our house is small! It's larger than the shop, but the shop looks a lot bigger in the picture to me. It's also much greener! The satellite photo was taken in August.

Rain gauge shows 4.92 inches of rain in the last two days. I don't know if there were any tornadoes, but flooding is awful.

Lovely crocuses, Rita!

Isn't it amazing how we can look at a picture of our house from satellite and know when the picture was taken? I do love satellite imagery, but it is a little freaky sometimes. Smiling

Wow, Vickie. Snowed in and then drowned. Awful.
The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.

Vickie, the only reason I can tell when the photo was taken is because it was a day after the fire that was caused by the train. The hill isn't burning, but there are still firetrucks at the neighbors house. Otherwise, I wouldn't have a clue! The thing that is weird to me is how flat everything looks. We can't see the road from our house, nor can we see our neighbors houses, but it sure looks like we can in the picture. It's very hilly, but looks flat!

It's raining again, and we're fogged in at the moment!

We had around six to eight inches of snow overnight hope this is the end of our snow season. Hope it melts quick most of our snow was melted before this storm.

Yuck, Betty. I hope it's the end of snow for you, too. It was supposed to snow up above us last night, but it's so foggy that I can't see if it did or not. Showed it on the radar though.

Natalie at least I made sure that we had everything we need before the storm so I didn't have to drive in it and will not go out an about until most of it melts. You may have some to view when the fog lifts.

Betty, I heard about you guys getting snow again. Whew! Enough already, huh?

Fog is just as dangerous and snow and rain... maybe even worse if you are out driving.

The fog has lifted for now, and I don't see any snow! Doesn't mean that there isn't any, but I can't see it from my house. Good enough for me!

Spoke too soon about the fog. It's back. Hilarious!

Vickie yes fog also makes for white knuckle driving when it is thick. I try to avoid driving in adverse conditions if possible. The snow is melting it is 36 degrees and will get warmer this weekend. Hurray!

We don't drive in the fog here unless it shows up in the middle of driving, because we could easily go off our road and down a cliff. It gets so thick that you can't see a foot in front of you. Luckily, it only shows up when it's raining. Lately, that is a lot! It comes and goes though. 5 minutes ago it was so thick I couldn't see out the window. Two minutes later, it was gone. Now it's back again!

Yikes Natalie that would be extremely scary. I know what driving on mountain roads is like and wouldn't want to drive them in dense fog.

Out in the front yard daylily beds. Can't even see any daylily foliage coming up yet. Just tulip foliage and some crocus.

Betty, luckily our road has a few areas where we can pull over some. If we can find those areas, we wait it out. Usually doesn't take long to lift. We also try to always be home before dark, just in case. Thumbs up
