That's interesting. I may have to give Chrome a try. I have been noticing a bit of a lag lately.

Okay, I did it...all by myself with no help!
There are a few more things that I need to tweak (multiple tabs open in the same window).
Slowly and steadily I will learn to go fast on this thing!

Oh my. Chrome does seem to be noticeably faster. Hmmm, need to do some adjusting of the font, tho.

I've used mainly Chrome for awhile now and it is fast for me.

I just removed Chrome because it was very slow and confusing , even slower then FF which I no longer use. I just went back to IE. Works for me but I am on AOL dialup with a very old computer so that is probably the cause of all my issues.

I switched this morning, but I haven't investigated it yet. It does seem a wee bit faster than IE. I suppose I'll have to re-learn all of the icons now.

Yes Seed I did. It says that it's done but nothing is there but Facebook and that is not even in my favorites.

I think you can use it without signing in, but you can't use all the personal features like bookmarks, history, and personal settings.

Not sure that's right. I didn't sign in (no idea what my ID or password are), and was able to download all my FF bookmarks and change settings. Heh, we'll see how things look tomorrow, tho.

I've taken out my bank's site name and replaced it with the x's.

No, you don't. I upgraded weeks ago and haven't logged into Google yet. I was still able to import my FF bookmarks just fine.

I still can't get my bookmarks.

When I click on the imported folder my bookmarks aren't there

I went back to IE since I really don't have a problem with it elsewhere, just a bit slow here. I have too many bookmarks and can't figure out how else to get them in the tool bar.
