Thanks everyone........I almost lost Be Brief to soft rot last year so this is the first year I have seen it bloom. I think it will be earlier next year. Another thing is that is in one of the open beds while the TBs which are blooming are in the warmer bed which is along the south side of my house.

Paul -- you must be really tired -- you identified two different Irises with the same name -- pictures 9 and 10 are definitely not the same Iris!! Green Grin!

Every one of your Irises are beautiful -- but especially the pinks!!!! Lovey dubby

After an entire day at an Iris Show, I would be tired too, Paul. 70 isn't that old -- but we're sure not 20 anymore!! Most days I have to incorporate a short nap -- in order to do half the work that I used to do. I used to be able to go from dawn to dark with a short break for lunch. No longer!!

The good news? We're still vertical!! nodding

Only a few new blooms in my garden:

Immortality (which with only 2 buds won't be immortal for long I am afraid)

And while they both bloomed, you can see in this shot many of the fans that will not bloom this year. Sad So I am grateful for those that did!
